Deliver Times:
We aim to despatch all orders on the same working day that we receive them, with first class post this gives a delivery time of between 1 and 3 days depending on the Royal Mail. Please note that once despatched, we have no control over the time that the Royal Mail take to deliver the goods. If an item is required urgently, we suggest that you message us by phone on 07525 026548 to check the items availability and discuss the Special Delivery options.
Returns:
Since much of the value of a magic trick lies in its secret, we are unable to offer ANY refunds on products once they have been opened, unless they were faulty or damaged on arrival. We will refund the cost of any item damaged in transit or found to be faulty, together with postage and packing costs, providing this is returned to us via Royal Mail within fourteen working days of receipt of order. Please Contact Us before returning the item to the above address with all the necessary details. All refunds will be processed within fourteen working days.
Customer Complaints:
We aim to offer an efficient and courteous service to our customers. If our service falls below that to which you have a right to expect, or you have any suggestions for the improvement of this site, please Contact Us. If you are unhappy with the service you receive from illusioncraft.co.uk, please contact us immediately in order that we can rectify the situation. All emails will be responded to within 3 days. We will also keep you informed of everything we are doing to correct the situation until the problem has been resolved.

For security purposes all online transactions are handled via a secure server and processed by PayPal, illusioncraft.co.uk has no access to your credit card or PayPal details, when a telephone order is placed, your card details will not be stored, as soon as payment has been placed, we no longer have your details.
